Beautification

​This group of volunteers are especially busy in the spring. Our front entrance is a testament to their work. Throughout the year they design and update the first impression visitors get of our community. They also work on projects in many other areas of the community. What a Beautiful Community! - June 28, 2025

 

Driving through the Meadows, you can’t help be in awe of the beautiful community we have.  Thank you to all the Beautification Committee Volunteers who have cleaned up, weeded, planted and replanted!  We are all reaping the benefits of your hard work.

The last of the power washing has been done and the buildings look great!

Our vendors have been out, maintaining and repairing and keeping The Meadows in tip top shape.

Don’t forget that we can all do our part to keep maintenance costs down. Keep up with your Co-Owner maintenance, HVAC cleaning, window washing, deck staining.  Pick up trash you might see outside to keep the mowers from shredding or throwing it.

If you do have a maintenance request for Josh, remember we are on a budget and have to prioritize repairs.  You may have to wait a little while.
